Last night my friend showed up at my door. I haven't seen him in almost a year.
He said he would be back for awhile but I know he will leave again with out word because he does that alot. He has some medical problems and I worry about him all the time. I'm hoping he stays awhile but I'm also worried how it will effect me when once again he leaves. I pray that his Doctor will find the right medicine for him so he can once again live a normal life. That's all I have to say, I just had to get that off my chest. Dee

My heart goes out to you, Dee. I also have a friend with chronioc medical problems. Although his are not mental/emotional they are still very serious. He doesnt know when the reactions are going to happen and doesnt feel them coming on. It is very scary and I worry about him all the time. Problem is...even his doctors dont understand why it continues to happen. But we as friends can only pray that God watches over them. Just hang in there and make sure he knows how much you care about him.
Thank you Debbie. It is hard. he was pretty good tonight, we took his son and my kids bowling. But I could see he was starting to get "nervous" so we left. One day at a time I guess. But I'll still be there for him.
